Love In Print

The Art of Love: a Story inspired by the history of design, printing & typography and botanical colour. The bridal world has obsessed over letterpress invitations for a long time. How much of the process and its history is understood or appreciated? This creative was inspired by the significance of print in our society; printing being one of the most influential mediums that is often taken for granted. Printing allows us to document our personal and public histories, and this is an ode to its significance and mundane beauty. We took the tactile nature of letterpress and combined it with authentic vintage type blocks, old newspapers, and vibrant colours — all very raw and vivid visuals. Personalized messages adorn these typographic napkin wraps, featuring the first initial of each guest and the stories of friendship and family.
